 Post subject: GIMP look very strange after press tab

GIMP Version: 2.8.14
Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: Basic Level


I feel now completely stupid. I have almost no experience in GIMP but when I accidentally press tab button it looks like this.

How can I get the tools back. I can't do anything. I am 68 and can't think. :(

Simply press TAB again
It's the switch to show/hide the docks
