I'm just ask'n not in need of but could see a use for!
To paint a gradient along a path and have the option of whether is on the inside or outside of the path. Also have control of the direction and type of gradient.
From my experiment once the path is converted to a selection you set a feather amount then paint the gradient then delete the feathered part would be the gradient along the path. But it would the opposite side of the selection. So if you wanted the gradient on the inside of the selection the selection would have to be inverted and vice versa.
Did I make any sense?
Everything except for the red was linear, red was radial. The white and red I used a feather value of 160 and if I can remember right the multi-color gradient was like 60 or something like that.
