In the Preview Animations Playback there is the:
Play: Plays animation
Step: Step to next frame
Rewind: Rewind back to beginning.

But many times I need to go BACK one frame. And there is no button for that. Shift+Step or Ctrl+Shift+Step will not go back a frame. So I have to click to start all over again and make several clicks through to get back to that particular "back one frame" that I wanted.

Is there a way to go back one frame or is there a script-fu for that?
