I just ran the setup.exe for GMIC.
What do I do now to configure it?
Please be specific in the menu commands.

Once installed, I want to extract the foreground or background here.
I was able to do this with the scissor tool, but want to try other methods also.

Thanks for any help!

When someone with Windows comes on line, I am sure they will help you get GMIC setup. I am on Linux and it is completely different.
