List any relevant plug-ins or scripts:
Bling Text
Photograph mosaic
gradient frame

List any ERROR messages you received:
Bling Text - None
Photograph mosaic - cannot copy and paste
gradient frame - None

I have downloaded and installed these scripts. Deleted them and downloaded again but still have a problem.

I have looked in countless places for the Bling Text script and cannot find it.

The mosaic one keeps crashing on me.

Where do I look for gradient frame? I put the gradient in hearty's folder and also the lace pattern in the pattern folder.

Once you have placed Gradient Frame.scm in your scripts-folder and refreshed you will find it in Script-Fu/Edges/Gradient Frame

I have another lot of terrific shaped gradients from Solankii attached below↓

Haven't found Bling there unfortunately and yes the photo mosaic you mentioned. First time I had to stop Gimp because it just wouldn't stop (it was doing somthing but I got more shade than anything else with the completed project. Nothing like what has been shown here.) then I got a really strange one on a different picture with mostly white. in between the squares
With the Bling text script (I think it includes a glitter?) Whenever I use the picture to pattern script it says can't load the glitter? Dont want glitter on patterns anyhow. Patterns look to be working ok still. Maybe I got 'wires crossed' somewhere?

Did you look under File > Create Logos? <Image>/File/Create/Logos (gimpchat.com)
That is where you find Bling.

No it isn't there Molly. Do you think maybe I shouldn't have unzipped the file? It didn't unzip it first time.

I usually just right click the zip and click extract here, then I open the un-zipped file. I guess every one does it differently.
Try downloading the attached bling-text.scm to your desktop and paste it into your scripts folder. You can choose whether you want it animated or not.

Sallyanne with photo mosaic it would help if you merged visible layers before you copy paste the image

Thanks. I didn't think I needed to on a single layer.
Here is a mosaic I did using the one in G'mic. I added a border from there as well.
