I want to try out some glass effects.

That's Warrior,

Help! Wallace or someone using windows. I have version 7. Gimp 2.8.14. I installed Logo V1.6 (Scripts) and ml bevel reflect 2.0.(Plugin). I checked to see if any duplicates in either folder but found none. When I checked ML bevel first and used the B image, it worked well. When I use Logo 1.6 with it the program jams part way through running. If it finishes, my layers are blank. If I select normal map, I just get a filled background. I make sure I have a selection. I tried ML bevel by itself, and except for the test image, it gives message of non responding, or I get blank layers or just the layer with the e-map. What else can I check? I have removed and re downloaded several times with the same results.

I usually run BRL for the Filter>Alpha to Logo> Beve Reflect Logo.
And I run it on text or shapes.
I don't know what B image refers to and I never use ML bevel.
What kind of e-map are you using?

Regular, and with a few overlays. As usual, click for resize.

Haha, I don't know about that, but I do like it. I think it goes well with the word "Warrior".

You're right, it's a perfect match.

Wallace: On the first page of this thread, viewtopic.php?f=9&t=9650 GnuTux explains that the ML Bevel reflect V2. Is needed to run Bevel Reflect Logo 1.6. ML bevel must be installed first.

Also, in the thread on ML BevelReflect V2, on page 6, (viewtopic.php?f=9&t=9968&start=50) I see that AnMal had a similar problem. She was instructed to do a test on ML Bevel Reflect with the image of a black background and a white “B" (viewtopic.php?f=9&t=9968&start=60)

When I did this test as instructed, it worked well. It does not work on anything else. I have tried several spherical and flat e-maps from different people with no results. I don't know if AnMal ever got it to work on her computer. I can't think of anything else to do. Could it be my computer? I tried the Enviro Logo script and could not get it to work either.

If you put out some text and run BRL form the filters menu on that text. You should see results that look like what has been being created all a long using this filter.
What are you trying to do?
