Dinasset - thank you; here is another wherin I was attempting a circular selection based result. The image almost worked OK but the frame was rectangular. No matter, a little more post processing and whacko ... a circular result.

I had trouble finding some images which were suitable. So I started with just a flower by itself. I used Dinasset's suggestions to only leave on the border, BRL, and original image. This is much improved and to my liking. I will try more. Thank you Dinasset!

Trying to get the hang of it. Didn't want the lines too heavy over the face. I moved a few layers around, kept Bokeh this time.
