Update to Custom Font Layers from Fonts for Gimp 2.10 to Version 0.07

Following MareroQ's suggestions I have modified the filter so that the option to display a restricted set of characters will work as expected.
In actual fact as things stood it would always fail for me when capital "A" was not one of the characters in the box.
