Thats an interesting list Marero. I use some of Saul Good's scripts a lot. Ones like Group linked layers and Combine background/Overlay background. I think they are part of a Gimp installation but maybe I added them at some stage.

Same way than any other 8bf plugin. You would install it where you keep the other 8bf filters so that they show up automatically in Gimp.
Here is how I do with the ones that are packed in installation .exe like Filters Unlimited.
I install it in a temp folder.
I copy everything else except unins000.exe in the folder where I keep the other 8bf filters for Gimp.
Then I uninstall Filters Unlimited from Control Panel. Because you only need the 8bf, and the filters for it to work.
Create an archive package of the extracted files, so that you don't have to use the installation media in future.
