Rel 2: Procedures adapted to Gimp-2.10, for File/Create/Logos: added adjust and text direction (6), for Filters/Alpha To Logo: creates a new image from the selected layer.
I believe it should be the minimum standard for scripts type Text-Logo & Alpha-to-Logo in Gimp-2.10.

As Issa rightly pointed out , the script can sometimes give the impression of truncated letters in the absence of an option to add "surroundings".
So I supplemented the script with the option of adding a border (margin) and by the way: selecting the background (color, gradient, pattern).
