pm_sugar_or_salt_text_v2.py stand alone

Here is a stand alone version of my prior version. In this version you can self input your own background and font in any size of you preference. Create a new image with a default background or use your own "Background" before running this plugin.

Other modification I did
1. Omitted the layerfx.py
2. Created a new option adjustment (Brightness) that make the sugar particles opaque or brighter.
