I Just dumped a bunch of Windows Binaries on Gimp Chat of my filters

Don't get too excited - Nothing updated. Now we just have Windows binaries on each Gimp Chat page to make it convenient as possible for tech illiterate people. I was wondering if we could make it even easier by making an exe that auto installs them.
