Who can help me with GEGL filter outer glow/aura dll.

Aura is technically an inner glow and outer glow being applied together with a cubism noise seed. Outerglow is based on normal drop shadow with cubism. Nothing special. Inner Glow is invert transparency + color and color removal + drop shadow. Together they make the aura flame effect.
An internal mosaic is even present to make the filter more interesting. It can do a secret shape outline.

Notice on the aura is on a layer above and set to the linear light blend? That is what you are suppose to do. If there is transparency you can use Gimp's union composite mode so linear light applies on a transparent background. There is no way for GEGL to auto set Gimp's union composite mode. I wish there was though.
