Custom Font Paragrapher v1.4 Tabbed for Gimp 2.10

There are some fonts that contain lower case characters that are identical to upper case characters - apart from one or two letters.
Removing the duplicate letters can dramatically reduce the filesize - which is always good news for downloads.
This update should display such custom font files properly (if they contain the appropriate kerning path information of course).
Version 1.2 output...
Version 1.4 output...
Only small differences - but an improvement I feel.
