Pulsing Sparkle Animation Script [Rel1]

All I use is a 4gb of the shelf laptop so as for the speed there is no way to increase it, hence the default settings

WOW Issabella, here am I promoting a tranquil, serene, dusk harbour scene (that rhymes!!) and when I log on, I get your multiple psychedelic, mind blowing 'flashouts' Good ones again Issabella.

Now back to tranquility - second, modified attempt to get fixed stars, pulsing stars, gently rippling water and bridge lights ...



... still not satisfied with the result and will try other modes of rippling the water.

@Graechan - saw your advice about using APNG format; realised GIMP did not natively support it so found a plugin and downloaded it ... however, could not get the end result to play in either Firefox, IE or Opera, so went back to GIF format. I will have another look later.

A bit of information about the 'Sparkle Count' settings in the script, In an attempt to keep the patterns created and used by the script seamless.
I have made the patterns equal to the selection or Image size, then auto adjusted the sparkle counts to suit.
Note: Very large images take a long time to process
Below are 2 Images 1 at 400x400 and the other at 1000x1000, both done with default settings,
It's clearly visible that they both have the same density of Sparkles.

OMG, I love the soft tinkle of stars in the sky. It's very close to a real effect.

I applied on my previous post rodilius filter to each layer to get a better effect, IMO.

It's a word I learned by doing crossword puzzles. It has never been a regular part of my vocabulary but I thought it was kind of a neat word.
