This update has a smaller filter interface that may be of use to some people in avoiding the curse of the scrolling dialog. It certainly takes up less room on my 1920 x 1080 display as the screen shot shows:

To achieve this reduction in size I have removed the layer opacity setting and the toggle options for using angle rotation and using jitter. These options now kick in when their respective values are not set to zero.
