I found this scm file mhkabifubuki..on this site.
I don't think I've seen it before. In Gimp 2.8 it works fine .. unfortunately not in 2.10 (Windows). Does it make sense to look at it.

It works in 2.10, I see you already tried it. It's Japanese, and Kamifuku means Confetti.

Pocholo, thanks for the translation and Jappaloe63 is correct, this script does not work with Windows 10, Gimp 2.10.22. When trying to run it, I get this error:

I translated this script in English just leaving the Japanese title and I added English title.
I also constantized it to work for GIMP 2.10

have been updated and they are here on the forum. You just have to look for them.

I have both logo and alpha to logo working. Didn't change title but translated all the Japanese comments in script.
Note that I've changed menu entries to main menu, where I have "Logos" & "Alpha to Logo" for quick access.
