Post subject:  Many plugins of mine are updating to comply with Gimp 3 NDE
Around 30 something plugins of mine are updating to comply with live text editing in Gimp 2.99.18 and beyond. Every filter that uses gaussian blur and median blur gets this additional tag that unclips it.

Secondly, every single plugin of mine now uses the lb: (linux beaver) name space and none use gegl: which means presets for GEGL effects has finally broke in preparation for Gimp 3.

GEGL Effects is a special case and needs a clip to prevent another bug. Under GEGL Effects drop shadow will be a checkbox that enabls/disables the clip.

Before every single one of these plugins would clip if it went paste the "yellow black rectangle crop"

Notice (lb:) is in GEGL Effects title, thats the new name space.

And the disable shadow clipping checkbox. That's all the udpate does.

GEGL Effects and Neon Border are the only two filters that will have the checkbox for disabling clip. Everything else will do it in default because these are the only two filters that have the color update bug.
