1. I can use Andrews Filter Collection (from 1 to 62), Filter Factory Gallery (A to V) and Sandflowers using FILTERS UNLIMITED 2.0 ; so they are ffx files

2. I tested USERFILTER ( GIMP FILTER FACTORY CONVERTER ) from PhotoComiX Deviart site but I received this error

I have not been able to get Userfilter to work with 64 bit GIMP-2.8.14. I am not sure about 32 bit.

Aha! I was able to get it going using Sams Userfilter 64 bit. Sweet! Now i need some filters.

Didn't we have to do something special to gimprc to get the filters to show in the filter dialog?

the little black square on the left (1) means that there are have some presets (2) click on preset and you will open the preset list (3) double click to choose

Where is Sams Userfilter for 64 bit? Is it available for download?

I tried running the AAA Frames (Frame Works) and I get an error message saying that it's not compatible and I need Filter Meister:

I also get the same error when I try to run AAA Frames (Texture Frame), AAA Filters (AAA Multi-Filter, Color Blur, Foto Fix, Granularity, Median 3x3, Media Daubs, Median Smooth, Scatter, Smooth Operator, Transparent Vignette #2, & Twees Frame) & finally, (Neology Filter Pack - TV-Mania)

Where does FilterMeister go in Gimp in order to use it?

I assume the same place you place the other plugins from Photoshop, using PSPI.

I've tried it and it doesn't show up.

Finally it loaded under Filters in Gimp here:


I'm not sure why it loads there but I'll take it since it won't load from the photoshop folder, I have. I just hope it works.

EDIT: After trying to get Filter Meister to work with Gimp using Windows 64 Bit, I can say, that Filter Meister does work. You just have to compile the FMSamples before running it. Speaking of which, are there anymore FMSamples? I only grabbed two. They are FMnewton5c and afhbev30.

Also FilterMeister fails to load with specific filters. Post #19 is where I posted it: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=11606&start=10

All channel production line channels won't work w/PSPI (trust it got broken with 2.6.8 arrival of GIMP; memory's fluffy now, yet luckily, we have the client channel that does and you can utilize the Client Channel to change over channel plant 8bf's to GUF records and afterward run them inside Client Channel). Most 8bfs that have their own inherent GUI will work in PSPI (however not all). I realize my answer is extremely nonexclusive; sorry about that. Simply wish somebody would or could fix PSPI so it would work with Channel Processing plant channels once more. Njmcdirect payment

If you're talking about the Filter Factory or the Gimp User Filter I've seen them. They just seems complicated to install.

Where can I find Sam's Userfilter 64 Bit?

I still get errors when running certain filters. They won't even show up in userfilter.
