Thanks Pat, I'm glad You like it. Ver. 0.6 Only a small change: In an additional effect "PATTERN FILL: - two directions will be filled, - resignation from pattern desaturation for the possibility of using Bump Map.

Ver. 0.7 Changes: - bordering selection (all=ctr+A or free select) - color border selection: Avarage Color, Foreground Color, Background Color, Black, White, Active Pattern. Ver 0.8 New very experimental option: IRREGULARLY SHAPED FRAME (from selection). Suggested gradient selection type:SHAPEBURST, and a Neon plugin (can be omitted when not satisfied with the effect). Depending on the selection of or parameters, I am sometimes surprised by the result - so it's probably time for the end of the fun with frames, although there is still one more typical solution ...

This plugin was given a "second life" to apply the fourfold rotation of the pattern by Teapot described. What came out of it - I invite you to try it here.
