Dinasset: Thank you very much for the information. I will have to play with the script more. Also, I think not all pictures are good for crystallizing.

you're perfectly right, Pat
the same thing when you try to "BRL" manually
better to have a well colour-balanced image as source

I'm still enjoying this gift yours Dinasset. :)
The second one is a combination of a photo and a creation by hand. :)

Really nice, Issabella. I love the colors and clarity which is something I am having difficulty with.

Mini Problem,
The UI is too high (long) in my laptop-window ...

A reason to maybe learn to to build/use PTK-interface ?

First I will try to let the Desktop to show less big icons etc ... otherwise I will change the plugin a bit to fix the directories for me, such that they are not to be changed via the UI ...

Simple Solution: Replace PF_TEXT by TEXT_STRING ==> saves a lot of vertical space!

Using Windows and a laptop with a 768 depth display?

You probably need this

http://gimpscripts.com/2014/06/script-f ... interface/

or switch to linux ;)

Doing my periodic visiting to some of the scripts and tutorials from which I have learned some things and never want to forget! I love these filters!

Using Win7 screen res 1360x768 laptop to 32inch monitor GIMP 2.8 - I find alt+drag a great help https://stefansundin.github.io/altdrag/
I'm struggling (as usual) just exactly where am I supposed to store my emaps. Currently they are all in a folder in my Pictures Library and I call on them as and when required, is there a location within user/me/GIMP 2.8 for them to go?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

The filter needs:
- a set of e-maps, provided on page 1: put each folder unzipped under ...(user)/.gimp-2.8
