Your results are excellent, Graechan. :yes

The key to getting the fly out from bottom to top is to enter your text, then add 10 blank lines after the text in the text box, which pushes the text to the top, then set the Extrusion Layer to Shrink & Extrusion Depth to 45-50 or higher. From top to bottom, just add 10 blank lines before the text, with the same extrusion settings.

On the 2nd one, I also added Highlights to the fill layer (serves as an end cap), using the Highlight Script we collaborated on, which might actually be a nice addition to this script. :hehe

That is a really steep fly out Graechan. :bigthup

The more extra lines lines you add, the steeper the effect will be.

Not sure if my screen is long enough to support this new version, will try it out tonight, but just wondered if there anyone knows if the script-fu scrolling script has been compiled for a Mac yet? I have no idea how to compile, and wouldn't know where to learn.

The SF-Interface is not yet compiled for MAC.

Even if you can't use the Create/Logo section, you'll be able to use the Alpha To Logo section, which has the same functionality, except for the automatic text creation. The Alpha To Logo dialog should fit on pretty much any display, without the need for scrolling.

thanks Dalia, even though Tux explained all the steps he went through, I still have trouble figuring out what it all means. So, I just play around with my guessing and see what happens.

Issabella, the second one is excellent!
For my taste -just for that- I would try it with different BG

Perhaps this other background is more attractive for the lettering. I don't know I'm out of good creative ideas.
Thank you Molly. I put here the settings just if it helps you. Perhaps it'd be good to keep the settings of all of us.
