Thanks a lot, Level. About your results, no bad at all. But it's the truth that sometimes some pics are more liking to be used for an especial effect and others not. It's only to test them. I'm sure you will get awesome results, as you always do. |

Hi, BB. I played a bit with your outcomes. Would you have liked more or less these looks? (played with curves) Attachment: 6068_mosaic_femme_1_DN1.png [ 1.97 MiB | Viewed 726 times ] (dup the layer, invert, desatut, overlay) Attachment: 6068_lemur_mosaic_3_DN1.png [ 1.98 MiB | Viewed 726 times ] To understand what did not satisfy you (there are other post-process steps applicable) |

dinasset, for the first,I would have liked to be able to lighten the eye by giving it a little sharpness. I tried with the curves but in vain. For the second I note your advice ... I like your result. |

dinasset, for the filter "MyGoldEmboss, error message for Mygold_105. you indicated this message here: viewtopic.php?p=247870#p247870 but I did not see where to find the Mygold file on the next page ... so I used other patterns. |

It seems to have disappeared (?!?). Here the pattern Attachment: MyGold_105.jpg [ 87.5 KiB | Viewed 634 times ] But of course you may try using different (golden) patterns |

Time to post a second version of BordersGuidedMosaic. It should improve in the majority of the cases the outcome, but in case someone prefers for certain images the look of the previous version, I release it with a suffix, so it does not override the previous one. BordersGuidedMosaic2 Attachment:

dinasset,I have the impression that there is less more noise and precisely I was going to ask you the question to attenuate the noise in the clear mosaics because I tried GMIC filters (denoise and despeckle) but without success. |

So, you like "clean" tiles, don't you? It could be a variant in the future. In these versions the "noise" is wanted, to simulate old stone pieces. |
