I tested all Gegl filters almost a year ago (maybe something has changed in their operation) in the default settings,
without editing individual parameters - so there are probably filters that will work (especially if all parameters are set to zero by default).

These work in the default settings:

alien-map
apply-lens
bilateral-filter
bloom
box-blur
buffer-sink
c2g
cartoon
cubism
distance-transform
dropshadow
edge
edge-neon
edge-sobel
emboss
engrave rgb-clip
fattal02
focus-blur
fractal-trace
gamma
gaussian-blur
gaussian-blur-selective
gblur-1d
gray
high-pass
hue-chroma
illusion
invert-gamma
invert-linear
lens-blur
lens-flare
long-shadow
mantiuk06
maze
mblur
mean-curvature-blur
median-blur
mirrors
mosaic
motion-blur-circular
motion-blur-linear
motion-blur-zoom
newsprint
noise-cie-lch
noise-hurl
noise-pick
noise-reduction
noise-rgb
noise-slur
noise-spread
normal-map
oilify
photocopy
pixelize
plasma
polar-coordinates
posterize
rectangle
scale-size
sepia
shift
slic
spherize
stereographic-projection
stress
supernova
texturize-canvas
threshold
tile-glass
tile-paper
tile-seamless
unsharp-mask
value-invert
value-propagate
variable-blur
video-degradation
vignette
waterpixels
watershed-transform
waves
whirl-pinch
wind

These certainly require more parameters:

bump-map
convolution-matrix
recursive-transform

Thank you MareroQ! From the second three filters list that requires more parameters, I found out with your info that with Bump-map, its "needs aux input (need to save layer or use existing image with full path)" Thank you once again! :bigthup
