Your GIMP version (2.10.28) and GMIC (branch 2-40) do not match.
I'd suggest upgrading GIMP to 2.10.30 by running
flatpak update org.gimp.GIMP

It'll probably update some of the dependencies too. Just say "yes" when it asks.
