I think that is an excellent idea too, Graechan.

I do find the overall UI a little confusing. When I include lots of options in a script, I also struggle to ensure all the options are ordered properly and clearly labeled. I've just recently found myself reasonably happy with the UI in Logo Toolbox, and that was after about 15 releases. :hehe

I have few ideas that might improve the UI that I can send along in a PM.

RFT has been updated to 5.2 with Improved GUI, and added font name to layers if Text Output Options = Each Character On Separate Layer

Thanks, Graechan. I thought I'd post the new menu layout. Related options are grouped together and the option descriptions should be more clear, as to their function.

I love having the fonts listed as the layer names. I like the whole dialog layout better, too. Nice job Graechan and Tux!

Akovia were you running the script with default settings, if not could you post a screenshot of the settings you used

Could you take a screen shot of the settings dialogue you used and post it here akovia, Graechan can probably tell what is wrong when he sees that.

Hi Molly,
The defaults should be the same, but I put together a composite image of the filter on defaults, the gimp error messages on the left after I ran it, and the console output.

Hope it helps.
