Cool news Rod; haven't re-installed the plugins and such since I upgraded to 2.8. Maybe when you get some cool new hirez fonts figured out, I will do that. :)

I'm looking to install PhotoFont into Gimp 2.8.14, but the links for the start pack no longer work.
Is PhotoFont still available?

That's good. I added it here also so others could find it easier and download it. :)

Fontlab still works in GIMP-2.8.16 and probably 2.8.18 i imagine. I have software reinstalled so i can create these phf files pretty easily. So if anyone still wants to create these give me the images of the letters and symbols and i will see what i can do. :)

Rod the .phf file for Wallace-Pipes was created with some incorrect images, example below↓
Using capitals
Image
Using lower case
Image
The problem seems only to be with lowercase r,s and z

I have a preview image of all the lower-case letters.

I also have every other characters,
if needed.
Note:
In the preview image the "c" appears to be flipped horizontally.

Below is my .phf file.
I don't know if the same error is contained in this .phf file.
I currently don't have PhotoFont installed and didn't test the file.

I will check it out guys and see what I can do. Looks like Wallace has the fixed version already but I will check the one I have also.

Mine is way off also. I am going to have to redo it all me thinks. :P
The glyphs are way off. I musta been :sdrunk when i did this :lol

Playing with conversion to TTF also. :bigthup
I did find you cannot re-name a phf and think it will run if you have the internal names the same.
You have to open the phf also and edit the name to suit the saved file name. (face-palm)

By the way we need a face-palm emoticon :lol

One great thing is that when i open the PHF in my software it will allow me to save each image as a separate image file. So no need to beg Wallace for more glyph images.

Rod and Wallace I hope Wallace-Pipes.phf can be fixed or altered to use caps only as it's a great set of images for Photofont

Here you go Graechan. Caps and punctuation only.

NOTE: You still have to use the shift key or caps lock. :) period, underscore , plus , and negative symbols are still large but can be scaled down in your image.
This will work alongside the Wallace-Pipes.phf also. Seems to load slow for me though.

It's a pity Wallace could not fix the lower case Image's for the file
