oops! first pic with alpha to logo. used B/W masks as i had a couple of crashes (with no BG) :)

Also I have discovered the undo history can build to 4.2gb for a single image. is it possible to avoid this :tyspin

I did these just after I downloaded

What am I not doing right?
In my second one I picked a different gradient (yellow to orange) to the one that was there but saw that the default text was still there, or I could make the background transparent. I tried it still and came up with a pink background.
I notice other people seem to be changing it.
