@Graechan. I downloaded the link from the first post in this thread. I looked in the Shapes folder and it still has just the 15 shapes there instead of 21. I removed all the 3 py files and the shape folder from my plugins folder and installed the new ones. It doesn't work. I went to filters and there is no path/path there. I rebooted my pc and also Gimp so I don't know what is going on. Below is what is in the path folder I just downloaded.

That is where Greachan said to download from. Mine only has the original 15 items in it and it doesn't work.

Molly, yesterday I downloaded the version Arakne-path-shape-creator6b.
In the. Zip folder shapes this version comes with only 14 shapes.

In my shapes folder (plug-ins/shape) has only 15 shapes.
Other forms come from previous versions, I think. Because if you check the .zip, comes with only 14.

The shape Tile> Bricks gives an error message, but still works.

How do I make it work if it only has the 14 shapes. and I didn't even get the path under filters. Are you saying that you have the tile brick filtershapes? It isn't in the one I downloaded.

@Molly, I deleted for the second time all the items Graechan marked on the printscreen.
Downloaded the Arakne-path-shape-creator6b again, on the first page.
And now I can see Path again by filters.



When I deleted and reloaded them the first time, also in my Gimp, Path was disappeared in filters.
Still the folder has only 15 shapes.

Molly, Bricks is a sub-menu for Tiles

Yes, the link at the beginning of the thread. I took Graechan's suggestion, remove all of the old files and shapes folder.

Woops, I forgot all about the permissions. I will go back and do it again. I used that same one. Graechan always puts his newest script updates in the first post of the thread.

Thank you Odin. That made the difference. The permissions, now I have all 21 shapes. woo hoo.

In Linux, I did have to set the executable bit for all 18 of the .py modules, including the ones in the shapes folder.

The ones in my shapes folder already had the permissions. Strange how they are not all the same.
