FX Foundry is an outdated collection of scripts that were renamed from the Author's original names, which has caused lots of problems in the past. I suggest you avoid that collection and seek out the latest versions of the individual scripts, as originally named by the Script's authors.

Here ya go..

This is the latest version, properly named and located as the original author intended. Tested in GIMP 2.8.x and I see no 2.8 specific code that would keep it from working with earlier versions of GIMP.

It can be found under: Script-Fu/Photokit/Vivid Saturation

After I saw Tux's post, I remember now, I used to have that FX Foundry and it really was a mess, all the scripts were outdated and the others were copies of the same scripts by other people. It had its own menu bar on the top.
Took me a long time to be able to get rid of them when I had them. There was a name that was associated with them, I think it was Alexia Death.

FX Foundry looks like it's only meant for 2.6.. not 2.8. I wouldn't use it.

FX Foundry is a very large collection, mostly outdated, been replaced by better scripts or Gimp now has the capability built in. If you have a specific script your interested in I'm sure someone can supply it for you or point you in the right direction to find a similar or updated script.
