Hello, Can someone help me find the GMIC plugin that detects transparency separated objects and breaks them into multiple layers. GMIC is a jungle of filters and I tried searching and had no luck finding it.

Glad you found it :)
If you have this problem again, look up the top before the list of GMIC filters - there should be a search bar ;) Type in the filter or if you don't know the exact name a word that you are sure is in it and search will pull up a whole list for you. And show you where to look for it next time.

This is exactly why, when you find a G'mic filter you like to use,
you add the (modified) filter to faves and rename it with something that's easily identifiable or associative for you.
