This is independent application.

ZArt for Windows compiled from:

ZArt = 3.0.1 (263 preset)
GMIC = 1.6.5.0
gcc++ = 4.9.2
QT = 4.8.7

Problem is to solution yet - in my compilation ZArt does not open files: svg, mpg, jpg, gif.
Is this requires QT5? (I'll try in the next version)
Any comments on the program are welcome - especially from Linux users.
Tested only for Vista 32bit.
Download: zip-18,48 Mb; unzip-48,78 Mb

ps. Compilation for Windows requires libgmic - and this is possible only through Garagecoder.

Thank you very much ANDY!

Now that looks like crazy wonderful magic MareroQ. Not really a video guy, but I'm sure video guys will definitely salivate with the addition of G'MIC real-time capabilities this fast. :)

Yes, sorry but ZArt is not available for Windows yet. There are some difficulties to make all libraries compiling and linking together. Maybe in another life... ;)

Very cool MareroQ ! Thanks for the efforts !
How did you proceed to get ZArt for Windows ? Which compiler did you use ?

The opening of video files in ZArt is done through the use of the OpenCV library. Have you linked ZArt against OpenCV ?
Are you able to use the webcam ?

An attempt on another computer (XP) ended badly.
QT5 for Windows requires a lot of additional libraries.
QT4 Why not?
http://www.qtcentre.org/threads/59669-Qt-5-3-1-DLLs-to-distribute-which-files-folders-and-why-is-it-not-automatic
The next version - try - the last time (this is a job for professionals - and not amateurs like me).

PS. No one will be interested in this remark - but own compilation works best (for the Windows also)
pps.The lack of any interested - well - do not yell at me!

Hah, I must take a look at this :)

Actually I never imagined anyone would use that "libgmic", it was just a very experimental means to an end - making a G'MIC dll for windows.

It's a shame that autotools is tricky to work with because the end result is very nice for cross-platform compiling. There are also things about the current G'MIC library interface which make integrating with autotools imperfect (such as having it's own cross-platform defines scattered throughout instead of a separate included header). This is one reason I've not made any attempt to keep it up to date!

Works well in Win 7 64.

@Marcello Make sure you are using the newer version in post #10. I got that error in the first version.

After some tests (thanks to everyone who has tried) - no remarks about the error.
Continued thread moved to G'MIC.
