 Post subject: (Scheme) is there a procedure to return layer's offsets?(SOLVED)

I'd like to know what the offsets of my layer is.
For example the canvas could be 1000x1000, and my layer is only 100x100 but it could sit anywhere within the canvas. how to find out offsets of the layer.
I looked through all the procedures that has the word layer and didn't see one.
