Animicule: I love all of those images. Really love the book and the flower.

Dinasset: All those images are really lovely. Love that canvas texture.

The experiment on area separators is interesting with the canvas pattern. Looks like
a type of needlepoint project.
Here is a harddrive for your new computer Pat!

And a detailed antique ship's machine room for fun.

....

Glad it looks like what I wanted to look like.
A new experiment without texture (plain colours), to let the "needlepoint" look emerge better.

Awesome results Dinasset and Animicule. I love how you transform nice photos in real art. :clap
Dinasset, your last experiment is genial. I love the look it has. How did you get it with colours? :bump

Dinasset, the new try, like thick layers of paint applied on top of each other to build texture, nice!

A new surface pattern, but quite faint.

Dinasset & Animicule: Like your images a lot, especially the garden walk. Which texture did you use?

Pat, good result in your street pic. :bigthup
I applied it in wood on this pic taken in Alsace (Eguisheim).

Very nice Issabella.
Dinasset: I like the wood texture better than the others on this image although all are very nice.

Very nice plays everyone!
Pat, used a new one, homemade which mottles the color slightly, but is too faint for much texture,
still named 'surface_inprogress'.
Issabella has many nice wood textures!
Dinasset new patterns like glass blocks and stained glass are good, but seamless wood is hard
to replace...

Here is a new pattern, surface type of plywood sheet. Couldn't make is seamless so lightened it
for a mottled look.
