I need help in search of a rotation effect.
The center of rotation is determined by 2 guide lines.
The 2 guide lines are Horizontal and Vertical.

menu "View", then make sure "Snap To Guides" is ticked/checked.
Then use the rotate tool click on what you want to rotate, it'll have a circle indicating center of rotation.
move this circle to where the guides intersect to tell it that you want to use that as center of rotation.
Now just rotate.

I'm looking for an effect similar to Mura Meister Copies.
The center of rotation will be the intersection between the guide lines.

you can use Mura Meister, just specify the center x and center y to be where your guides are.
