....Fractal Trace.

Why folk don't show your concoctions with this cool plugin I just don't know. On and off I've had so much fun with this plugin that was even there during the GIMP 1.X days. Maybe some folk here will show us their stuff using it. A sample from me below (having issues uploaded to GIMPChat, so using the Shack to host the result). :)

That is unsettling!

I've never heard of the fractal trace plug-in, but haven't done much with most of the features. Did it come with GIMP?

Feeling lazy i just repost the image from my "Fractal Trace" entry in the art board

OOPSS i didn't noticed that was accidentally rotated of 90°, well imagine as if rotated back
So you may see that the subject is a feminine elementhal entity as in neolitic sculptures

Image

anyway i found fractal trace more useful if combined with some simple mirror trick
as example this (yes also this reposted from the art board...i told you i am feeling lazy) is strictly
based on the previous difference is mirrors and a bit of color boost

I did this one and posted it at ImageShack many (and I mean many) years ago and am surprised the Shack still has it. Every so often, I would post this one at DPR (try to do so at least once a year) for joke reasons. Thought I would share my many-me with you all too. lol
