 Post subject: new filter "Shining"

During the last days I had the opportunity to post some "plays" done with this sequence of steps, and I got positive feedbacks.
Thus I decided to release it as a filter to be used by everybody.

It creates:
- one work new image where two intermediate results and the final outcome are present as layers
- one "montage" (2*2) of the original and the 3 effects created.
It has no prerequisites (the "luma invert" effect instead of being realized using the existing script has been "translated" and embedded).

Dear Dinasset, I am not able to access gimpscripts.com to download (gimpscripts.com/2017/04/shining/).
Do you think you can post the filter as attachment. I am newbie in this site.
