I think not many will like it, being a strange effect (and being applied randomly).
Sometimes i tried two or three runs before "accepting" the result.

Filters/Render/Pattern/Voronoi
set H e V tileable
select gradient (choose one)
cell size 20 o 30
cell type random
OK
then export the outcome using a meaningful name like Voronoi_Issa-something
