Now I feel confident to have it officially under GIMP Scripts & Plug-ins.

It has the same name of the previous one but it shows up in the menu as (1.1).

The package contains a set of gimpressionist presets.
Unzip and either copy/create the folder under (user)/gimp-2.8/gimpressionist if you do not have any currently, or add the presets to your gimpressionist/Presets folder

Because someone had problems where to place the presets the filter is looking at, I attach here a snapshot of the correct place, which is:
(your username)/.gimp-2.8/gimpressionist/Presets

Inside this Presets folder you may have not only the one I attached in the filter package, but also additional yours.

When the WhiteBalance preprocess is set to "Yes" I still get aan error (warning).

For all those (like Ella Louise) who have only the most recent version of my White Balance filter (i.e. version 2),
I attach here an amended edition of Pointillism which call the version 2 instead of the original version.
