But similar concept just overlapping perfect squares of Addition RGBs in random positions
or Squares with random positioned square holes within each tile.

I end up having to crop the bottom and right edges because I end up with a thick black border on two sides.
I'm assuming that is the case for you as well?

Yeah the black right and bottom edge happens when they're not whole pixels.
It's a bug that doesn't exist in the lastest version of Magic Mix because with that one i scale down by dividing by dimension then scale back up multiplying dimension so it's perfectly evenly multiples of dimesion.
