Hello everyone,
Just installed Resynthesizer 1.0 on Gimp 2.8 on Linux.
The plugin installed successfully and appeared in the menus, but returns an error when I make a selection and try to use it.

First I click Filters => Enhance => Heal Selection
and the Heal Selection menu appears.
There I choose my options and when I click OK I get the following message:
An error occurred running python_fu_heal_selection

error: procedure not found

More information:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/gimp/2.0/python/gimpfu.py", line 736, in response
    dialog.res = run_script(params)
  File "/usr/lib/gimp/2.0/python/gimpfu.py", line 361, in run_script
    return apply(function, params)
  File "/home/tatsumaru/.gimp-2.8/plug-ins/plugin-heal-selection.py", line 148, in heal_selection
    pdb.plug_in_resynthesizer(timg, tdrawable, 0,0, useBorder, work_drawable.ID, -1, -1, 0.0, 0.117, 16, 500)
error: procedure not found

I also get one more error:
Calling error for procedure 'gimp-procedural-db-proc-info':
Procedure 'plug-in-resynthesizer' not found

Any idea what I am doing wrong? Why isn't it working?

I downloaded Resynthesizer 1.0 and extracted the contents in /home/user/.gimp-2.8/plug-ins
Then I made all files executable.

Thanks.

Which linux distro? What 'flavour' 32 or 64 bit?

Resynthesizer has been updated since version 1.0

You can try the attached files plugin-heal-selection.py resynthesizer resynthesizer_gui

Unzip, should already be executable but check, replace what you already have installed in your gimp profile ~/.gimp-2.8/plug-ins

I downloaded your files and extracted them and now it's working. Thanks so much!
