For the attention of JoinedUp Text Filter users.

Have had to return to Gimp version 2.10.0 since my JoinedUp Text filter failed with the latest version.

No error message - just a plugin crashed message - the sort that happens when you leave out a bracket or mess up the indentation in python.

No time at the minute to track down the point in the code that caused this - but I will look into it.

It works fine here in Gimp 2.10.2. I'm still using v2-09 of your filter.

Thanks for the info Racer: I carry the last four versions of my script in my filters menu for testing purposes and they all failed in 2.10.2 with the same message. I will find time to investigate this at some point.

Tested your latest v 2.19 and it seems to work fine in Gimp 2.10.2 on my system anyway...

Ooooh, just realized that you can use "Custom Font" in this script. Coooool, thanks............

Racer: Thanks for the info again. Glad it works for you - have fun - must be the Windows version then.

Downloaded portable version of 2.10.2 from SamJ Creations and lo and behold JoinedUp Text Filter works fine on Windows 64.
Something fixed or something broke - guess it's wait for the next version and see for the official gimp site download then.

And it also works fine on Partha's 2.10.2 Portable Version of Gimp.

Of course with both portables the gimpfu file has to be doctored to allow for scrolling dialogs and the filter and fonts have to be added to the appropriate folders.
