Our colleague Pocholo ran into a problem with using the new layer modes when using layerfx.py

This old plugin (but very useful) created by Jonathan Stipe in 2008 - probably due to its length, hasn't been updated with the new layer modes.
This is an experimental attempt to fix this problem.
The new modes are displayed in capital letters for distinction.
Feel free to test (especially people who often use this plugin).

ps. Remember that in some cases, LayerFX in the non-English version of GIMP requires additional gradients?

However, I found an error (when calling from another plugin):



6650 lines of code cannot be quickly "repaired" by hand so I also used gimp10_constantize.py by Tin Tran.
As it turned out, for masks, translation is inappropriate for:
ADD_ALPHA_TRANSFER_MASK to ADD_MASK_ALPHA_MASK_TRANSFER and it should be ADD_MASK_ALPHA_TRANSFER
I fixed it.
Sorry for the inconvenience and feel free to test again (although I hope that was the last mistake).

Another version for testing - I also used gimp10_constantize-V-3.1 GH (includes a fix for 5 bugs)

Maybe the gradients are unnecessary - but if you use non-English Gimp and want to call layerfx from another plugin that uses English gradient names [type: FG to BG (RGB] - will be a bug:

These gradients are special - because they are English-speaking (unnecessary if someone uses Gimp only in English).

I guess I didn't mention it enough in the first post - but nobody asked for details.
