I stumbled upon this site: https://sourceforge.net/projects/gimpextensions/

This might be useful for anyone in search of scripts, plugins, Gimp Paint Studio (never heard of that one), and GAP. I think it works on all platforms and on 32/64 bit. I don't know if this works for gimp 2.10.10, though but it's worth giving it a shot.

Yes, fairly outdated stuff (GMIC, for instance) and useless things (now built-in Gimp, like DDS support and Save for web).
