Hi,
I search for the following filters a download option.
Gimp Versio 2.10.12

EnviroLogo V1.3
MosiacLyleStyle for GMIC QT
GT Bevel

I am very grateful for a link.

Many of the gimp filters in 2.10 have been given new names and recategorised. If not left out altogether - there is a search function for them too. Unless they have been left out because of being "not worth leaving them in" you will find them. Unfortunately the site we used to go-to for scripts etc (The link above goes to a non existant page). has shut down - no one has been maintaining it for a long time. Someone may have a filter/script/plugin your looking for and hopefully Lyle will pop up and tell you if he has the other filter too - I assume you have tried the search function in GMIC?

Just a thought. You may find them through Wayback Machine. - archive of older sites. https://web.archive.org/web/*/gimp%20scripts
But beware many of these are only made for vs 2.8 or earlier
