Then i ran the Xach Effect on the black text inside after selecting by color. After i deleted the black text inside revealing a nice window effect into the city. :)

A slightly different use of the Pocholo code in MrQ BoxText Ver.6.2 - fewer colors (only 4) but each can have a different thickness (grow).

Edit: at the request of a nice user in Ver.6.3. seven colors are available (for rainbow).
