Yes, there i am again
This file has been fixed a few .. and only works for me in Gimp 2.8. (Windows) I would like it to work in 2.10.20 as well

The only thing wrong with this plugin is, if beautify is installed, simple-border doesn't work. Other than that, the plugin works.
