I have thought it would be useful to have a guide to the whole styles Diego has created.
I post them so that anybody has their style election a bit easier.

- which version of G'MIC do you have?

I have the current stable version 2.9.6

OK, done.
The problems occur if you do not update (internet) G'mic filters after the installation of the new release.
The simple installation sets active only the basic (402) filters, the subsequent internet update will add all the non standard filters, so at the end you have 564 filters, included those my filters use.
Just update and try.

PKHG, you are right.
Diego created the whole effects one for each letter of the abecedary.
You can get all of them just in this thread post number 1
You can install them into your plug-ins filter in Preferences.
The filters were release bit a bit so Diego set in the first post the link for each one.
My contribution only was to create a PDF showing the results / effects that each filter provides.
This was because it's difficult to remember so many effects. The guide helps to see it at once.
About the errors windows, it is very probable that you should actualize G'MIC before running the filters.
Anyway, if you have more problems, Diego will be able to help you more specifically.
