This is one problem, line 383 which uses plug-in-edge. Putting in a large value for size into the script can give an error but it also depends on canvas size.

The plugin changed from
Gimp 2.8: amount FLOAT Edge detection amount
to
Gimp 2.10: amount FLOAT Edge detection amount (1 <= amount <= 10)
Probably not going to bother most users. however a quick remedy is fix the value of amount in the script.

The problem I am finding is a lack of scheme documentation that underlines the use of "if
statementsconditions", involving other layers that are incorporated into the "float" number, chiefly for edgeBlurred, also including inFontSize and bb4, if the value is over 1. Not that I have stopped looking for more information. It's out there somewhere.
