As everybody who crosses these pages did surely understand, during the last days I had fun playing with a "variant" of style H.
And I still have fun, I modified again the process and I show here some results (today's status).
I do not "compare" it anymore with the regular process, the differences are becoming evident.

My "rough" variant seems to have reached a quite stable status.

After many experiments, I feel comfortable in releasing the "rough" variant (as I called it) of the very interesting process proposed by Issabella (STYLE H).
As the name says, this variant is aimed to create outcomes with a greater roughness of the sketch.
Because the colours and the textures of the source images and of the sketchtes are stressed during this process, it is important to use as source very good "technical" images (i.e. being rich in colour nuances and textures); if not, you get easily unpleasant artifacts.
Recently I found good sources at PXHERE (you have to register/sign in to download the original images posted there). My lately posted examples come from there.

In the forest.

Beware: because of the strong manipulations, it's not rare to get unpleasant outcomes.
In those cases sometimes you may "adjust" the outcome with an easy post-process step, many other times it's better to switch to another image.
